- Poway Auto Repair is a gem. They took such great care of me when I had an Engine Management System Problem error pop up on my van's dashboard. The whole team there is knowledgeable, helpful, and diagnosed the problem for me and fixed it the same day. Poway Auto Repair made sure I knew what was happening and gave me all the possible options and didn't overcharge or take advantage of me but went out of their way to help me. - Thank you so very much to Jose and crew for not only doing such a great job with the low and bright beam headlights on my Lexus, but also for making this repair AFFORDABLE! I had already been pulled over 2x and given warnings to fix the dim headlights, and funds now are tight. I heard and read so many great things from customers at your shop, so I went for broke and booked an appointment to see if my car's headlights could be replaced at a lower cost than what my car dealership had quoted. I was and am pleasantly surprised at how you all took one look and said you had the parts on hand and that they could be installed and the car ready by the next afternoon. - I really can’t say enough about this shop, I’ve been here twice they did my suspension for my Land Rover and she drives like a dream! Recently I had to bring her back for some communication issues with the sensors for the suspension (nothing to do with prior issue) and they did everything in their power to find the issues before I would have to take it to the dealer. Extremely diligent, professional and understanding. You don’t see that often and when you do you want to tell everyone about it. Well done!
